The Indigenous Peoples movement is vibrant and wide-spread across
the world. There are a large number of international, regional, national
and local organisations
working for their rights. Given the particular discrimination that
they encounter there are groups specifically working upon indigenous
women's issues, and because they will be the future of any indigenous
movement there is a focus on indigenous
youth.
